TRENTHAM ESTATE WINE CLUB

a. By completing your details to join the Trentham Wine Club, you are offering to make a contract to purchase goods from Trentham Estate Pty Ltd, ABN 23 005 508 289. The goods will be sold on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these terms carefully.

b. The contract is made at our licensed premises, Sturt Highway, Trentham Cliffs, New South Wales 2738, from where the goods will be dispatched under our liquor license number 824001559.

c. Your Wine Club fixed package price depends on your wine selection.

d. Fixed orders in quantities of 6 bottles apply - including $50 e-coupon purchases.

e. The minimum number of deliveries is 3 times per year.

f. The 2 bonus Winemaker's Selection' bottles are determined by our Winemaker only and cannot be chosen by the customer.

g. Delivery fees are applied as followed: VIC/SA/NSW - no charge, QLD/ACT - $10, TAS - $15, WA - $20 and NT - $40. We deliver within Australia only, using Australia Post. Some addresses may be outside of Australia Post's delivery areas. Delivery to a Post Office box is available.

h. Wine Club packs are dispatched corresponding with the date when the membership and pack selection was set up originally. For example, if 8 deliveries per year are chosen then the wines will be dispatched approximately every 45 days (365days / 8). We will attempt to dispatch your goods via Australia Post within 5 business days of scheduled dispatch as per your membership arrangement. You will receive an email from Australia Post notifying your goods are in transit, with a link to trace your shipment via their website.

i. Approximate delivery time from dispatch of goods is 2-7 business days depending on your state/region.

j. Vintages are subject to change and are dispatched as they occur, at the discretion of Trentham Estate.

k. Membership is prohibited to, and goods will not be delivered to, persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We may request that the person receiving the delivery of goods provides satisfactory proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable to provide evidence of proof of age.

l. We are required by law to give written instructions to the person responsible for the delivery of the liquor, requiring that the liquor be delivered to (a) the person who placed the order, or; (b) another adult at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, or; (c) If delivery takes place on a day following the placing of an order, in accordance with the customer's instructions but always to a person over the age of eighteen (18) years.

m. Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods (as per the above conditions) is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

n. Trentham Estate does not accept any returns of wine for change of mind purchases. We will however replace any wine that is deemed to be 'faulty' in any way as authorised by both the customer and the winemaker within 14 days of delivery of the shipment, or damaged in transit as reported by Australia Post. Please contact Trentham Estate to notify of any problems relating to your goods.

o. Members can change quantity and number of deliveries at any time via the website.

p. Members are able to delay their next delivery at any time via logging in to their account.

q. Members who have reached at least 2 deliveries are able to cancel their Wine Club membership at any time, no questions asked and no fees charged. This can be done by phoning Trentham Estate direct on (03) 5024 8888.

r. Trentham Estate reserves the right to cancel a customer's membership at any time.

s. Our prices are subject to variations rarely, however Trentham Estate will contact Wine Club members should a price change affect their package total price.

t. 'Complimentary wine while you dine' refers to a complimentary bottle of wine provided to Wine Club members on their request when dining in our onsite Restaurant. Members ordering a main meal from the a la carte menu can select a wine from the Estate Grown or The Family ranges only. 

u. The major Australian banks can store credit card details for up to 6 months after a credit card's expiry date, if the credit card is under a subscription model.  It is therefore possible for payment to go through an expired credit card within that 6 month period.  It is recommended to keep your credit card details up to date by logging into your account, or cancel your Wine Club subscription to prevent this from occurring.

v. From time to time we may run a Wine Club Competition.  To be eligible for the competition you must:
 1. Comply with all terms and conditions stated above.
 2. Become a Wine Club member by the date given.
 3. Be an ‘active’ Wine Club member at the time the winner is drawn.  An ‘active’ member means a valid credit card is linked to the Wine Club subscription.
 4. The Wine Club winner will be drawn using a random number generator on the day specified.
 5. Winners will be notified via email and phone.
 6. If a winner does not accept their win within 1 month a new winner will be drawn.

Simply select 6 bottles of your favourite wines and how regularly you’d like to receive them, and we’ll deliver them to your door on an ongoing basis.
